Giving you Wings to fly...

One English teacher introduced English in this way, "The ability to speak English is like having wings with which to fly throughout the world." Through English we can gain access to almost any culture and many new people!

Tokyo BEST provides a means for you to experience REAL English, not classroom English for the purpose of passing a test, but the real thing. BEST members soon find that their listening and speaking quickly progress through such interaction.

Every summer, as a part of the S.E.T. (Student Exchange Traveler) program, 8-10 American students travel to Tokyo to experience the world through Japanese culture. They want to be your friends!

They participate in weekly BEST activities and enjoy friendships with students. These "SETers", (Student Exchange Travelers) help to lead English lessons, play sports, participate in discussions, and travel together with students.
